Going to use RKC directions for leveling a 3 piece slate bt I can not read the numbering he has for the slate in the drawing. Ex R1,R2,L1,L2 ect can someone draw this where I can see it or explain it to me. Thanks in advance.

got the table done finally. Not fun to do by yourself. One odd thing is i had it level everywhere I put the Starret down but when i put the rails back on I have a spot about 2-3" from the head rail where if u shoot across the table it will roll toward the short rail at the head. This is a Diamond Pro from 2004-2005. Have not noticed any roll off anywhere else on the table.

With a Diamond, you really should level the slates with no cloth on, and the rails bolted to the slate...that's called dry leveling. Then the slates are leveled to the rails being bolted down as well as the frame of the table.

How would u get to the slate screws? That spot is the only place I can find that didnt come out right. Rolls off about 1/2" if u just barely roll a ball across just fast enought to make it to the pocket. If you move out past 3" from the rail no roll off? I am assuming a bit of sag at that end may try to put a coupl of shims in that end to see what it does.

That could also be cloth grain tracking and not the level of the slate;)

Thought about that too may just wait and see it it will clear up. I used your video from Simonis and it worked great even though I was reusing old cloth. I have one shadow at the anchor side pocket and it is very slight where before i had shadows everywhere lol.
