I am planning to drive for 2 hours to Chesapeake to watch the US Open this Saturday. I am wondering if they sell tickets in the venue itself or do I have to buy it (i.e. internet) prior to going there?

Also, will the General Admission ticket ($10) allow me to watch all the sessions? Obviously, the US Open website did not mention (or perhaps I missed it) anything about what I asked here :D

Which session is nice to watch on Saturday? Do they normally place NICE MATCHES on the evening sessions?

I appreciate any input. Thanks!

I'd buy tix ahead of time if you can. Might sell out especially for Saturday night. You can't go wrong on Saturday anyway. I think they get down to the last 24 players that start play on Saturday so there'll be plenty of high powered matchups.

They pretty much have to follow the chart by Saturday to keep the tournament moving forward.

They do usually have a general admission but it's for a specific session such as afternoon or evening. I'd guess it's at least $10 for each session.

Thanks...however, I don't think they sell general admission ticket or any other ticket in the US Open website aside from the VIP tickets. So where can I buy a ticket then?

I agree that saturday might be a busy day (and lots of marquee matchups)..

GREAT Question Kidrock, I am driving up tomorrow and assumed that general admission tickets would be sold at the door.. If you bring your own cue to shoot some at Q-Masters, where can you leave it while at the tourney?? In the hotel? In the car?? Is either place safe???
I have not been to a US Open before and hope someone can answer these before I go in the morning PLEASE...

You can pay at the door. General admission tickets are 10.00 per session. (afternoon or evenings) 2 sessions per day.
