Needs some reviews on Cameron Cues

I contacted Barry Cameron about making a cue for me awhile back and he has been a pleasure to deal with. I got a few months before I recieve my cue. I can't wait! I am already looking at buying a new case because I can't put such a nice looking cue into my crappy old case!

Anyhow, I was wondering if any of the AZ users are familiar with Barry's work and if you have had the chance to play with one of his cues. I have heard some good things about him and I am sure I will be happy but what are your thoughts on how his cues play?

When I get mine I will right a full review.

I have hit with several before. They play great. You will be happy with how it plays. I even have one for my personal collection. Chris.

Barry exhibits next to me at the Super Billiards Expo every year and I have looked at his cues close up and I can tell you he has a real eye for detail. He does not use CNC equipment on his cues and his work is still very sharp and clean. I saw a former world champion hit some balls with his cues and buy two cues on the spot from him. His prices are reasonable so how could you go wrong?

Thanks everyone for the replys. Everything I have heard about Mr. Cameron says he is top notch. I can't wait to get the cue, I am already thinking about the next cue design that I will ask him to make for me.
Anyone else have some pics of thier Cameron cue I would love to see them, ScottR and 1pRoscoe, those cues are great.

Thanks again guys, C

Here's my other Cameron..... although I thank Barry for doing a "collaborative" cue with ScottR... :D

I met Barry at the Expo 3 years ago and bought a cue from him. Then 2 years ago, again at the expo, I was visiting with him and Allen Hopkins dropped by his booth, test drove a cue and purchased 3 cues from Barry. Allen kept one, gave one to his son and one to Ralph, his right hand man at the expo.

That was enough for me, so I ordered another to my own specs. Barry's great to work with and I think you'll be happy with your choice.

1pRoscoe, what are the specs of the 2nd cue(ScottR's cue)? The points look so high and sharp! Would love to make one for myself
