Thanks for the comment. I think the spirit of the new rules are aimed at dealers with lots of new merchandise including cues, cases, accessories, etc.
This cue is technically new, but delivered months ago, so it could be considered used as well, as I have had it for a while. A cue from 1975 from a collection never played and then offered for sale would be new and used as well.
Bump for a beautiful cue and a great guy to deal with.
I saw this cue at the West Coast Cue Show and it is stunning. Eric is known for his choices of superior grained woods and incredible craftsmanship.
Someone will be very happy putting this cue to some good use. :grin:
