No....if ever you see a ring at the A joint ..it is not full splice..it may have been constructed
From a full splice blank but was cut. And Obviously the top ones have no points...so they are No Splice

Question:

Do you have a licensed agreement or something with the Balabushka family and/or Competition Sports (or whoever had the rights to use the George Balabushka signature)?

{edit: hitting your link would have been a good idea for me. I'm not editing my post, because I want to make sure everyone knows how slow I am.}

Looking at the cues offered, one can tell that only one cue has points that might simulate splicing, but if Heath says it isn't, then it's a CNC Cue

These 3 cues are not a full splice construction however, all the veneers, points and inlays are spliced and hand inlaid as all Balabuska cues are.

So George confirmed that these cues are good to go?
 
Not very stylish considering they are plain looking to 4 points and no veneers. Even the old Adams reissues were better than these.
 
Very nice examples of Balabushka's design and at a great price.

These are the same materials that Balabushka used.

Definitely considering.
