new bludworth machinery

Can you taper and cut points with this machine Blud?
I'm assuming it does like the Porper lathe except with a lined-up tailstock ( the new Porpers are kaka  and are no longer favored by many ).
Kinda sukks for me since I already bought a portable lathe and taper machine.

If you know anyone selling CHEAP CHEAP out of discourement, please send them my way.

Yes to both of your first questions, Joey my friend.

{{{{{It's no way like the porper machine, no way}}}}}.

My Machines are built to build quality cues on.

I think all will like my machinery. I don't rush into building any machines. I put much thought into each of them, from a quality cuemakers view-point...

I built it heavy duty. They work!

For that price, you're gonna obsolete the taper bar table saw machines, Blud.
The shafts are gonna be better too I think.
Schedule precise turning every few weeks or so, would be a breeze.
I guess those manual saw machines are going to be relegated to turning squares to rounds now.:D

Blud, what will the wait time be to get the cue repair/cue building lathe. Do you build to order or have 5-10 put together right now

Hi Joey,
My machine will turn-cut an 1-1/4" square to round.
Taper bars are obslotete.
I build and sell taper bars for emgine lathe's for about $1,800.00 or so depending on what the guy wants, and how many bars are needed?
A set of 4 bars, runs about $2,050.00 with indexer, router, and 90 degree cutting tool.
The new saw/fixture CNC, run about 1200.00 more today.
As we all know, with CNC, it's got no limits to how many differant profiles you can have. Just walk up to the saw, change for shafts to butts with a selection and go.

Hey Waldo, I have several people on the waiting list at this time. At the right time,I will require a deposit to get one. This should happen in Jan, Feb... Just working all the hours we can to keep up with cue and other machinery orders. STAY TUNED.
I will build on orders only, when you make your deposit, your in line, and I keep it in order. No fuddging or putting one guy ahead of another.Keep them in the order we get the deposits.

I have to agree that taper bars are obsolete. I have two shaft machines using taper bars and have been aquiring the needed parts to build a CNC controlled machine for a couple years now. The last needed parts, the linear rails and trucks will arrive today. Probably be next summer before I have time to build it. A person can always add CNC capabilities to a manual shaft machine but I'm going to go ahead and build a new, muliple shaft machine. Just got to figure out where to put it.

Waldo,
I will be building at least 10 at a time. It cost me a lot to build that many, however, my good old banker will help me out. I need to double that amount because of incoming orders. I invest a lot for pro-to types, and move ahead from there. Good old banker we have.

I expect many more orders as my machinery is known to hold close tolorances, it's very popular, "HEAVY DUTY"and built to LAST.

Were now excepting "DEPOSITS" for the new lathe, saw fixtures, and mills we build. Were getting many orders from around the world, for leather jigs, mills, saws, and lathes.

To make arangements to order any of my machines, e-mail me and leave your phone number,

2.- NEW CNC 4- axis MILL. [will take up to a 31" cue].

3.- LEATHER JIG, with template for cutting the ends.
