Now thats some of the funniest stuff I have heard in a while. Is it April fools day yet? This must be candid camera or something!! I will agree with the suspension.

If this guy picked my name out of a hat tomorrow to receive his best made case to date free of charge & immediately - I'd suggest he mail it to the land fill. Period.

Has anyone heard from our fearless casemaker? I havent heard anything this Tuesday when he told me my case had already shipped, but I still dont have a tracking number. I did get a message back from Economic crimes detective Amy Ameye of the Orlando PD today about this issue. I told her I would give it till Monday to see if we could get this settled, then its let the cuffs fall where they may time after that. Like i stated before, I really dont want to screw any of you guy out of your money or cases, but I have begged and pleaded with them enough about whats rightfully mine. I have all the emails and text that I am providing to the officer on Monday in this case as well. I have heard from a few of you guys who want in on this claim, any others feel free to pm me and I will be glad to let you know what I know. I really hope he doesnt think this is a bluff, because I will assure him its not. We just want an honest update on where we stand on our cases. Why is that so hard to understand?

Hey thanks Sun, its really sad that we are even having to take this step. All I want is the tracking number and I would be out of his hair. At least he could just man up and say, Frank im just not done with you case yet. I wouldnt be happy but at least I would know whats going on. He wont even do that. We heard from him every single day when he was booking all these new orders, but we havent heard hide or hair from him now that he is wayyyyyy behind on delivering what he sold us on. I really dont think he has shipped a case since September when he originally shipped me my case. At least I havent seen a pic posted of any newly delivered cases. Thats 6 months man!! WOW!!!!

Ok guys, I received information back from Amy with the Orlando economic crimes division and she informed me that once the complaint is filed, she will referred the case to the Florida DA. Once that happends there is no turning back. I really hope we see some positive movement on his part before this happens on Monday. I really dont wish this on anyone, but on the other hand he has done nothing to fix these situations. All I have heard anyone ask for is communication. That costs nothing. Im really tired of the whole thing, but im just not gonna just lay down and let someone take my money and do nothing about it. Im just not that kind of man. Chaz if your reading, just do the right thing man before I file this complaint on Monday. Then its out of my hands. Guys I will post the process next week after I speak with the DA.

Frank, it isn't the point of the money anymore. Now you're dealing with principle and time.
I can always make money. I can't get back my time. It's sad that Chaz is wasting so many people's efforts in helping him try to get it right.
Dude, I'm sorry none of you can ever get back the time and effort that you have put forth towards remedying this situation. I hope bumping this thread will make others aware of what not to do in the future.
Hey guys, If any of you has chaz's address could you be so kind as to shoot it to me. I am in the process of sending all of the emails and text and everything else I have to detective Ameye. She has asked me for his address as well and I cant seem to find that. Like a complete fool I sent him a text asking for a tracking number of the supposed already shipped case. I told him if he really havent shipped it, im cool with that, just let me know when it will. I told him I wanted to bury the hatchet and allow this to be settled between he and I. I would not go thru with the criminal charges with the police and DA as well. Just let me know either way on the case. I dont know how many chances you can give a man before he steps up and act like a man. I have yet to get one single response from him on this olive branch I extented. So now its is what it is. Guys Chaz has NO intentions on doing right by us. He will string you along for a week at a time until you become on the ignore list. The more people we have on the complaint, the harsher the punishment. You can write your cases and your money off im sad to say. Just remember, he has brought this on himself!!! I really would appreciate the address. Thanks

If you have his address, that would be great. The detective is gonna give me the case number and I will provide it to you and then you just call in and say you want to be a part of case number (ex-12345), she will also forward the complaint to the Orlando DA. Thanks Tim.

If he really gave a damn nobody would have to work at this at all! The work that needed done lied in Chaz's hands.....MAKE CASE'S! He dropped the ball and scammed people. That dose not deserve 30 chances to get it right. NOBODY DOES BUSINESS THIS WAY, except in Washington D.C. but that's another story!
Good point, I forget that he was suppose to ship to us, not us shipping to him. I did ship my case back, but found out it wasnt his address. I still do some PI work so I will find him. I know the police can find him. I got the ball rolling on the case today. I will do the finishing touches on it tomorrow. Its just a matter of jurisdiction she is trying to settle, but there is definitely a case to be made. If anyone has received a case, please post it. If hes really gonna start shipping cases, that all I want. I currently dont have a case. The strap busted on me. So im in dyer straights. Thanks

Frank, you may not be happy even if you did get your case. My friend got one and the lid won't stay shut if you carry it or pick it up by the lid. Well, if the case is empty it will. Even 1 cue in it is enough weight to cause the brass closures to come undone

The case is beautiful! I can't build a better one myself because no one will buy me a side of a cow. lol
I would give the case a solid 6.5 out of 10 overall. I have had a few, so it's a fair rating. Hell, JB's ultrapad and the thick leather itself is worth what he paid, so no complaints other than having to take it to a leather shop and have the lid redone.
