Hope for everyones sake chazdillon makes all his promises come true with a case, or refund.
This thread has gone quiet.....too quiet. Frank got his case back; sounds like it was minus the corrections that he sent it back for in the first place, but at least he got it. I called Chaz about two weeks ago, and as usual he didn't pick up or answer me himself, but this time I did get a call back from Charles. Charles didn't have many specifics, but told me that I was one of "3 or 4" slated to get theirs in the next couple of weeks. Anyone else have anything new to report on this saga?

Hey man it was great hanging out with you too and swapping stories. I cant wait to see that cue when you get it. Now I have to find someone to fix the issues that I still have with this case. Good luck everyone on getting your issues settled. Im still around if you have questions.

I remember when Chad submitted his first post selling his cases at low prices because he was getting started. I was tempted myself, but decided to hold off. Ever since then I have read nothing but complaints on how he has been out of contact, not delivered the cases, refused to be contacted through azb (which is where he started selling them through), has kept people waiting for months, couldn't send pictures, and even refused refunds. Everything that can be a nightmare for a transaction he has done. Yet, his iTrader says 100%????
So I ask all of you who were unfortunate enough to have paid Chad and then screwed over, how can he still have 100% iTrader feedback?

Yea and its seems to never end. I have a personal friend that I talked into ordering a case on my word and now hes going through the same issues I spent the better part of a year dealing with. He gave chaz more than double when I spent. I feel really bad that I recommend this. I wont put him out there but its a sad situation. We are hoping against hope that this will be resolved anytime soon. Best of luck all of the fellow case waiter forers!! I really pray this will end soon.

Haven't heard anything from him from last week. I emailed him and ask him either send my case by the end of the month or refund my money.

legal action
I will be taking legal action against Chaz if i do not get a refund by friday. If anyone else has sent him money and not recieved a case and would like to know your legal options or file with me, contact me via email at hanshewcustomcues.com as I think there will probably be a lot and i dont want to fill up my az inbox. have allready talked to the Seminole county sherrifs dept and the Florida district attourny's office and there are several options, criminal and civil. i will post the full story friday, but for now i will say that i have been over a year dealing with him and i am done.

About damn time someone took this step. I've been reading this thread for several months and have just been shaking my head at it. I've been dying for someone to take the next step and start the legal process against this guy. He's had more than ample time to get these cases done, refunds sent and provide his OWN explanation on here. As far as i'm concerned, when it comes to reputation, Chaz Dillon is synonymous with Eddie Wheat. Congrats Chaz, it takes a f*ck up of massive proportion to equal "Wheat Bucks", lol.
Very nice to see your iTrader feedback for Chaz, hopefully any future buyers will see it and do a search and find this post.
