If you let Mr. Dillon tell it, I got everyone in an uproar on AZ. Wow thats rich!!! None of this was or is his fault, its ours, again, if you let him tell it. I have never seen a man so in denial in my life. For the record the case he sent me was worse than when I sent it to him the first time. You can tell that he threw together the supposed correction within a day or so before he shipped it to me. Im just glad i finally got it back. I have someone that will fix the case right for me. I really hope you guy are getting your money back. I doubt very seriously you will get a quality case you will be proud to carry out of this deal. The pressure he has put himself under by flat out lying to everyone is too great for him to step up and deliver. Good luck guys and keep applying the pressure.

well its four pm and my paypal is still blank, chaz has not returned a call, txt or email today. I didnt think about the fact that i gave him till today to get the money so i will wait till the end of today i guess. i work monday and tuesday. i will start legal proceedings on wednesday and keep every one posted. full story will be posted tonight if i do not get my refund.

Just spoke with chaz on the phone. he called me, was honest and said he didnt have the money but he could send 200 now and the rest later. since he called and was honest i told him i would wait till next friday for the rest when he gets paid as long as i have the 200 by wednesday.

Well, add me to the list of those who have gotten fed up with Chaz's broken promises. About 7 weeks ago, I left him a message--he now of course will never answer the phone himself. About a week after that--6 weeks ago--I got a call from Charles. Charles stated that my case was one of 4 that were ready to go out within the next 2-3 weeks. That promise is now over three weeks late. I've had it with this crap. I just left Chaz a voicemail, backed up with an email, requesting a refund by this Friday or I will pursue whatever legal remedies are open to me. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.

Chaz responded to my email. He stated that he sent four cases, mine included, to a firm that was to produce high quality photos of them for his website, as well as to upgrade his website. The person he was working with quit or was fired, and now has his cases and is not responding to his messages. They also have a cash deposit from him. He told me that they have until the end of the month to give him his money back, and that he will give me a refund by then.
I won't comment on my view of the veracity of this story. I did tell Chaz that I will give him until the end of the month before taking further action.
Hope people are getting things resolved in this thread.

I am in pursuit of all info about Chaz Dillon and all local police info as well. If anyone has legal numbers and address, this would be very helpful. I have given him until the end of the day to make good on this before i take legal action. Thanks.

I finaly got a refund from Chaz, he sent it after he realized I was not bluffing about taking legal action. I have a cashiers check and cant wait to take it to the saddle shop and have them start working on a case. i am so frustated with the whole thing that i dont think my blood pressure can handle a detailed story so i will just say that finaly a year after having $565.00 he had not started on my case. i was more than fair and then he refused to talk to me and had some guy named charles call me ( anyone here had the pleasure of speaking with charles? )and then it still took two months to get a refund after i had given him a one month deadline. i am just happy i got my refund and to be done with it. for all others though i spent a whole day finding out what legal actions could be taken and exactly how and where to do it and who and what numbers to call. I will post this information for everyone else and i hope that all involved get there issues resolved whether it be a case they are happy with or a refund. I would also like to clarify that my deal was with Chaz, before Erick ever came along and that Erick had nothing to do with my dealings with Chaz. will have info posted by friday

On June 3, Chaz told me that I should expect a refund by June 11. Guess what--June 11 came and went with no action or communication from Chaz. I'm going to hit him with a few emails, then I'll have to ask Jim Hanshew for his info on legal options.

Same here. On June 3rd, he told me that he will send me the pics shortly and it almost finish. If I don't get any info in this couple days, I would say we are on the same boat.

sorry all, i have all the info and it is on a piece of paper that i cant seem to find. i will try looking for it again this week. also to all who are still interested in a custom case, i have given my refund to the saddle shop guy down the road from me and he is full tilt at getting everthing figured out and hopes to have a practice 2x4 which i will put for sale here and my case finished before sept. i really think he is going to do very nice work and cant wait to get mine. will post pics of it as soon as i get it.
