Wow I meet Chaz in Florida at the Shane vs Donnie match. He seemed like a good guy but the one thing I did notice is he always blamed someone else for the problems he was having. Hopefully he will make things right for everyone. He did make it right with me and gave me my money back.
Wow this is the the saddest think I have seen in a long time. I really thought chaz would finally wake up and do whats right, but I was hoping against hope. Its obvious that he has no intentions on taking care of what he promised. The saddest part is this guy really has the talent to make a great looking case, but has no integrity or business sense. He seems to lie when the truth will do. Im not sure what I can do to help but I will be glad to help if I can. I did finally get my case back, but it was worse off than before I sent it back to him. I did find a great case maker that is fixing it the issues that were not fixed by Chaz. Anyway, good luck guys I know you will need it. Let me know if I can help.

THIS IS SAD AND PATHETIC. I GUESS PRESSING CHARGES MAY BE THE ONLY WAY TO GET THIS RESOLVED. I HATE TO PUT SOMETHING ON THE GUYS CRIMINAL RECORD, BUT AFTER SPEAKING TO MY ATTORNEY, AND A FEW OTHERS THEY ALL FEEL THAT THERE WOULD BE NO ISSUE WITH FILEING CHARGES IN HIS JURISDICTION, AND THAT WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE HERE IN THESE THREADS ALONE HE WOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR FELONY THEFT BY DECEPTION, AND THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER CHARGES THAT COULD BE FILED DEPENDING ON HOW PEOPLE PAID FOR THE CASES.

this is the only thing that can be done at this point. The people that he still owes need to go after him and get what they can. Has he contacted anyone recently in anyway?
HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ME IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS. I JUST SPOKE WITH CHARLIE, WHO SAID I GUY CALLED YESTERDAY TO LET HIM KNOW THAT HIS CASE HAD BEEN DELIVERED. HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO CONTACT CHAZ FOR ME, SO WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

chaz sent me an email about a week after i sent him one threatening to lay charges, he said he'd look into things and hasn't gotten back to me since. this was over a month ago. i guess i gotta send another reminder.
To be honest, that threatening action is not really effective. I tok legal action with batman since April and haven't heard anything yet. He did not send me the case/refund my money even after the police pay him a visit.

According to Chaz he has sent my case out and the police are WANTING paperwork of him sending me my case. According to Chaz he sent my case and it was returned. I have been talking to the police almost ever week and I am wanting to press charges and not really caring about the case right now. I am also working with the police on wilson_gau case. Wilson, I feel that if you call and demand a refund and put pressure on Chaz and the police we will get our stuff sooner. The number for the Casselberry Police Dept is 407-262-7616 and Mike Johnson's ext is 1028.

If you look at his profile he hasn't logged into AZB since January. I think that is a pretty good sign that he doesn't care what anyone on here is saying or thinks about him. If everyone he owes goes to his local authorities, perhaps he will have a change of heart.

Their are already case opened against him and the more people get on this the more the police will do. The police are very helpful and they are doing their best to help me with whatever I need. I usually get updates once a week or so and the police visits him and checks his work and gives me updates. Jump on this wagon..........its god if you want your money back or your case.

Yeah, I called detective Johnson couple times, maybe once every month. I just left him voicemail yesterday and will call again later today. Batman, thanks a lot for your information about detective Johnson and all effort to find local police to help us settle this case.

Just talked to chaze for the first time in months....
First off let me apologize to all the AZB members that are still trying to get some refund or product out of Chaz. Apparently he and his partner are in a legal suit and he assured me that refunds and letters will start to hit mail boxes at the first of the year.

I also have a work number for him but out of one last shred of respect I wont be letting go of that till the first of the year. Im going to wait patiently for my refund, at this point whats another month.
After that however I plead everyone to take legal action. If I have to I will go back and re read everything for a second time. Ill come up with a list of possible clients and we will put together a law suit or atleaset jump on board with the criminal investigation.

All I can say is WOW, I'm so glad I got my money back last year.
I second that wow and raise you a im glad I was able to get my case back even if it wasnt right. Good luck to everyone who is still owed money, I know its a pain.

I do know that he is going to school to be a firefighter...............but IF somehow he gets arrested for fraud,
that can never happen if he has a crimal record. I am also talking to the court house on Monday and call me anytime at 309-696-9555
