Simple but oh so pretty in person. The pictures just don't do it justice. 50 yr. old Brazilian rosewood full spliced into amazing birds eye maple.

No it is not for sale. No I don't have any for sale. I just wanted to share it with the group.

Very Nice SP Murray, Is the pin ingraved on that cue or something? It looks like blue writing on the end but can't tell for sure from the pic.

I've always been a fan of your simple, elegant, and flawlessly executed designs.
Great job.

When are you coming back from the fishing trip? ;)
At least put the eye candy back up so we can see it. :D

Once the kid sleeps threw the night I bet he'll tinker a bit more.
Then when he starts preschool a bit more.
And prolly back to full force once he's in college.

Jim <---Just a guess.

Hi Murray - Good to see you are back in business :). You always do nice work. You are always welcome here - come back to see us soon. Arnie

Being a rosewood fan, that cue is simply gorgeous! I love the rings...heck, the whole thing!! LOL.:D

Please do let me know when you are back to adding names to your list again.:)

Thanks everybody. I'm taking it slow right now. I'm only working on full splices and basic cues (no points or inlays). Don't know when I might get back into the fancier cues. Plus this is my new playing cue so I had some motivation to finish it up.

hey Murray, if you WERE to sell a full splice cue just like this one, what would it cost? pm me if U want to...I'd like to know please

Finding Brazilian rosewood thick and long enough to do full splicers is very tough and very expensive. The guitar guys really fight for the good boards. I have enough for a couple more but I consider it private stock. I don't see ever selling one.

Jim

For that price I might reconsider.
