New Dave Kikel Cues

Attached are pics of two new Dave Kikel cues I just received. The first cue is 6 Holly points into Redheart. The Redheart has amazing gain to it. Dave really did a nice design on the Butt Sleeve of this cue...is it a Redheart Butt Sleeve or a Holly Butt Sleeve? You decide. The cue has RedHeart ringwork in all positions. AZB's own "quedup" will be the proud owner of this cue when FedEx knocks on his door this Tuesday.

The second cue is a 6 point Curly Wild Wood into Ebony. The Butt Sleeve is Curly Wild Wood and the cue has Wild Wood ringwork in all positions. Both cues have Dave's brass radial pin. Two great playing cues.

The second Kikel , is it going to the site or is it sold already too??Both are beautiful cues and although ive never played with one i hear they fanominal................. :cool:
 
Kikel hits pretty good (for me) ... I got one of the two sold ones on the website.

The Ebony and Wildwood cue is available and will be posted to the site soon. And yes, it plays "phenomenal".
 
I just received my new Dave Kikel cue and the pics do not do this cue justice at all. The redheart in the forearm is highly grained with extroadinary color definition and contrast. On workmanship the only thing to say to Mr. Kikel is STUNNING!! No glue lines that I can find, impeccable attention to details all inlays line up perfectly, just amazing in all aspects. The holly butt sleeve is a piece of work in itself, unbelievable.. I have had very limited time to play with this cue yet but it felt very solid, yet not a stiff hit at all. It is forward balanced at just over 19" from the butt not the bumper. All in all I am extremely pleased with this whole transaction.
I would also like to say a big THANK YOU to Jamie Wernsman at New 2 You Cues!! We went thru quite a long negotiation on several cues over the last month before I purchased this cue and he was polite, helpful and professional at all times. I would not hesitate to reccomend him to any and all persons looking for any new or used billiard equipment.
