Once again, Joe's master craftsmanship comes shining through!! Made on a Mark Bear blank from wood that I provided, Joe brings out the best of the best in everything he does. Instrument grade ebony into highly figured birdseye maple, 18 oz, aluminum radial pin, aegis joint, kangaroo wrap, 3 shafts (two with 3/4" ivor-x ferrules on Crisp's diamond grade shaft blanks, and one with Joe's own truly amazing, extra-special LD ferrule-less design) and joint protectors marked with 1,2, and 3 inlaid lightening bolts!! The rings all line up perfectly, even with each shaft screwed in. Amazing workmanship, just amazing. Needless to say, this cue is a monster player! Thank you Joe, sincerely, from the bottom of my heart.
:p

UPS delivered it to the wrong address and all is right in the world again. Fame travels fast!

Great cue and so glad that the New Year has turned into a positive experience.
Joe does make a great looking enjoy - ENJOY!

we see way too few JC's. I have always loved his work and with me living only an hour or so from him I really should make the trip to his shop and check out more of is stuff. I wonder if he would build me a full splice 3c cue ?

You really should talk to him, he's very congenial and easy to work with and if you're close you should go meet him. Great guy!
:p

That's a great looking cue! Joe's cues play great. I was fortunate enough to play with one at a local AZ Meet & Greet. He is definitely on my list of cuemakers to commission.

Thanks for sharing,
Chris

Thanks Myron and Chris! Joe and I have already started planning the next one, a six-pointer I think.
:p

Nice cue, the birdseye looks great. I have a sneaky made by Joe that I think you owned at one time, it has a Mark Bear blank. I really was really impressed with the cue, it plays great.

If it is bocote into birdseye with inlaid rings and aluminum radial pin, it may be the same cue. Yes, that cue is a player!!
