Yes-Our site is to be everything Bushka from
Originals to the New Signature Series line.
Being retired wife wanted me to stay active
so why not do something you love.:smile:

We're going to strive to make it a fun site
with various stuff coming soom like pool
games etc added as well as billiard news too.
We also want to offer free advertising and
consignments for Bushka related items both
original and new. All will be coming soon but
we want to stay all Bushka.

Our site is not misleading at all!
I think we have a pretty nice fun site.
We clearly carry the Balabushka signature line
and nothing on the site leads otherwise.
I think everyone here would agree that the
prices and descriptions throughout our site make
that very clear. although we are adding an originals
section. By the way the trade name is Balabushka
(trademarked) and any other sellers/dealers out
there use the same trade name for these signature line
cues......to call us misleading I find insulting as we run
a top self honest company with solid feedback anywhere
you wish to look and you have no reason to flame us.

I play with a Adams GB 2 not a Balabuska. I've met other people that have the Adams Balabuska replica and they all it a Balabuska when it is not, I call them on it also.

There are no more real balabuska being made as the man is dead, those are replicas. No where on your site is that mentioned. If someone that doesn't know better see that site, they may think they are real Balabuska not replicas. Thats what is misleading.

It's mentioned under Balabushka History. Also, when you click on each cue to see details, they are described as This George Balabushka (model number) Pool Cue is a "Authorized" George Balabushka "Signature Series" Pool Cue.

But beyond that, I don't see how anyone would be misled into thinking that these cues, described as "brand new" and selling for a few hundred dollars, are Balabushka originals.

Really-I didn't know that. I'll bet it's a big surprise to everyone here too-LOL!

For your information there's a thing called a TM with a circle around it. The particular cues you refer to are in fact the "NEW" Balabushka signature line. No where on the site are they held out as original! I know everyone here is very savy to that and fully knows and understands the difference-The folks here are not idiots ya know....done.

But yeah , I find your site quite misleading , intentional or not.

Most others at least include 'Signature' and many more include the Adams info.

i.e. "In 1987, the Balabushka family agreed to allow The Adam Cue Company to continue to make Balabushka Cues. The Balabushka Cue is by far the best selling cue in the industry. In keeping with the style and dignity of Mr. Balabushka, the Adam Cue Company created cues that reflect his originals that sell upwards in the tens of thousands of dollars."

Do as you will but rest assured that if this forum is anything , it is full of details oriented people who will call anyone on anything . . . for good or bad. ;)

Why not error on the side of too much info and what's best of the customers , informed or not?
