new linen wrap, refinish

I got a John Davis blank put together by Corsair with an oil rub. Mine is the cue on the bottom. The bottom several inches on the white wrap seems to be stained with oil.

The points are nice, but I'd like to get a white and green linen wrap and some other sort of glossy finish. Any suggestions on where I can get that done and what it would cost?

He put the stacked leather wrap on my Spain/Sailor cue and did a fine job.
