Got mine a little while back. They work like a charm once you get everything set up right. Best I've got them set up I wasted .003 plus the blade thickness.

KJ Cues said:.003" isn't bad but you're still binding the blade a little. Since it's solid carbide, it doesn't flex so it's cutting more than IT'S width. A good set-up has :
1.) the mandrel spinning true in the router.
2.) the compound advancing the blade truly parallel to the cross-slide and true perpendicular to the center-line of the spindle of the lathe.
3.) the spindle of the router on level with the lathe's bed/ways. That should also be on level or true to the center-line of the lathe's spindle.
I guess I've gotten lucky. I'm over-cutting by .001/.0015" from DNP.
