New Podcast Up!!!!

We have a new podcast up as well as a list of confirmed players for the Shooters Olathe $3000 Ring Game Tournament.

In the Podcast, BigNasty and I talk about the McCready interview, Poker vs Pool payout structures, the Shooters event and upcoming interviews with players and cuemakers.

Joe Grey
Jeremy Jones
James Walden
Dave Matlock
Gabe Owen

I have been told these players are confirmed entries. There are many more players who have either expressed interest or said they were sending their money. As I recieve more info I will put it up.

We have also put a news section on the main page so people can see the additions to site and when they were added.

Our podcasts are running around 45 minutes, we had a suggestion to shorten them to 20-30 minutes. What do you think? Is 45 min too long, or is more better?
 
If it is possible technically why not let the interview dictate the time frame on the podcast (30 to 45 minutes)?

i agree 100% with you jack! there should not be a time limit on a great story or interview! :cool:

If you have someone who loves to tell stories don't cut it short.
If you feel there is some slow time you can always edit it.
The KM interview was great and really cool that you got to interview
JAM after talking to Keith. Keep it up guys.
 
Auto podcast

If I could make a suggestion that you allow the user to automatically download the podcasts via iTunes. I am not sure how this is done (RSS feeds?) but this way everyone could get it as soon as it is available.

By the way, I really enjoyed the Keith McCready interview and the first 'podcast'.

Dont place time constraints on your interviews/podcasts. There is no reason to impose such limitations on yourselves. If some dont want to listen they can simply quit listening. Unless of course they want to sponsor your podcasts via advertising then let them pay you to set limitations to your information.
