Why was Tiger LD X shaft not tested, it claims to be very good!

Not sure if tiger shaft has been tested but... With five pieces glue together to create radial consistency and coring balsa wood in front end of shaft to reduce mass is pretty good technology too.
Pool went from standard 13 mm to 11.75 mm tip (predator shaft).... And three cushion went from 11.75 to 12.25 mm (tiger shaft) seems kinda odd, isn't it???
