I just built this new shop bench to house four machines and also my tool box is built to fit under it ''sweet''. i just lov a clean shop , I freed up so much space with the new bench. so whats with the dog , well about a year ago my old shop dog buddy died. I tell you it was hard to get over , I had no desire to get a new dog. well this summer my neighbors dog had pups and hear he is ''Buster'' the runt of the litter. he is so awesome , routers, vacuums don't bother him at all , gotta lov it. in joy the pics D Hill

Where are the machines ? What's the blue lathe . Like the clausing . Like the dog too . Really nice set up , clean too !!! Like the dog too !!!:wink:

Thank you Darrin!

GReat shop Darrin...Thanks for sharing the pics!! Looks like you found yourself a cool little buddy too! :)

Super nice. I like the dust control setup on the Jet sanding station.
But boy you have a lot of machinery in a small place - which demands
ultra tidy setups. Like it

One of the truly irreplaceable things in this world is a man's dog.

I would love to walk in barrys or tonys shop and say something like that, OHHH MAN I LOVE THE DOG....(quiet voice)nice shop by the way lol

Hi,

Darrin's shop is like Dr. Who's time machine that is larger on the inside than the outside.

He keeps adding more lathes, equipment and work benches and the shop seems to be more roomier with age. Since I have know Darrin for over ten years he has rearranged and added to his shop each year.

Setting up you shop is like doing a puzzle game. Eventually the parts fall into the right places.

Great Job Darrin,

Rick

Nicely done. I'd hate to see it when it's messy, be a real bear to clean.
Great looking pup, too! I don't have my dog anymore, but I got a great shop cat! Thanks for sharing.

Looks great nice to see all the wood hanging and shafts in progress. Was beginning to think you might trade your cue shop for a motorcycle shop . Make sure you post some new work . I always enjoy seeing what your up too.

Great shop-thats something to be very proud of! and your puppy is cool too. Actually this thread gave me the idea for the "Coolest cue maker Dog" Thread I started. I really hope we get lots of particatption with that thread so we can have a contest we vote for.

Insead of bickering about should a shaft cost $50 or $500 and who makes the best shaft, lets lighten the load and enjoy each others company and post up your dog and see how you stack up. Who wouldn't enjoy that??? Life is too short to be so serious all the time.
