New Tascarella

Hi Everyone,
This is a new Tascarella that was just delivered from Pete. The leather wrap and finish are flawless. This cue is definately a player. Yes, I'm gonna play with it. It's already been through numerous racks and it hits em good. The combination of the straight grain maple forearm and Pete's ivory joint make it special. It's loaded with ivory and I think Pete did a great job.

That is absolutely beautiful.

....and that wrap is too nice for words. If you could PM me on what type of leather that is, it would be appreciated (or post it here).

Thanks. I don't know what type of leather wrap it is, but I know he special ordered it.

That's a real nice one. I like the stitch rings...nice touch and don't see a lot on brown cues. What type of rosewood? Looks like the wrap is some of the old "waffle textured" leather. If so, you don't see much of that stuff.

Thanks, Sean. The points and butt are Bubinga. I didn't want any metal in the cue but wanted the beauty rings, so Pete decided to do the ivory and Bubinga rings.

Beautiful cue TommyT. Question how long did you have to wait for the cue? Ive been on Tascarella's list since 9/03.

That's a great looking Tascarella cue and one of the nicest i've seen.

I really like that cue. I'm becoming a fan of the reddish fibre used above the joint and butt cap. Beautiful Cue!!

Wow! Beautiful straight grain maple nose. I like those more than birdseyes and curly's
 
I have the same leather on my Tascarella....feels really nice and soft. After 6 months +, the smell of leather is still there... :)

This is truly an aewsome cue.Tascarella is next on my hit list for a new(to me) cue.
 
But does Lori know about it?

Looks super sweet Tom. What's the weight? Are the shafts the same?
