Hey Kevin..

I have a question to ask you..as a cue maker..when you done with your cues..and you test them..what are you looking for as far as quality control with your cues..the hit?, the balance?:..i am just curious

The hit, balance and stuff like that is pretty much designed into the cue from the start by the choice of parts used. I test hit them to just make sure if the customer wanted a hard hit that it indeed hits hard. Each cue is a bit different so I try my best to build the cue to hit & play as the customer request...to within reason. I can't build an ebony cue with a petrified shaft and make it hit soft & whippy.;)
