New Varney for Inzombiac

Varney Cues

Handcrafted quality!

Well for those who don't remember...Inzombiac is a young poolplayer who is serving this country. He did not own a cue and I nominated him for a free cue that another cuemaker was suppose to give away. Well that never materialized so I made him a little hustler cue, free of charge, and sent it to him. Kind of a "thank you" for his service to this country & it also kept him from having to play with beat up house cues. He loved his hustler....still does to this day. So....when he had a bit of extra funding he ordered an new Varney....a bit fancier than his current hustler. Here it is....the first time he's seen it. Its 4 veneered purpleheart points into BEM with a rosewood handle and a purpleheart buttsleeve & Hoppe style buttcap. The joint is 3/8-10 and has some dashed Micarta ringwork in the joint collars. The shaft features the brand new version of Atlas's Aegis and a Tiger Everest tip. As I also said in a thread in the Cuemakers section....I really like this new Aegis. The hit is incredible!!! Now I'll go one step further....Inzombiac, if you'd like....send me back your hustler & I'll add a few parts & turn it into a j/b, free of charge....then you'll have a very nice pair that should serve you well. I hope you like your new cue....and I apologize for the extended wait & thank you for your patience. I think you'll agree the wait was worth hit....especially after you hit a few balls!:D

Wow, you are very generous. Giving him a free cue then turning it into a jump/break for free. There need to be more people like you in this world.

Btw, that cue is gorgeous.

Attention to Detail

Hey Kev,
I like the way you lined-up the Joint Ring. Truely an "Attention to Detail".
Good trait to have in cuebuilding..
Hey Guys.. This is the kind of trait you'ld want in a CueMaker... You can be sure the stuff you can't see was done right.. IMO...
Cool of you to give the first cue free. "What goes around comes around".

Wow, it's definitely a worthwhile wait. Simple player that should hit very well. The lovely small eyes on the BEM front is what I also like.

Inzombiac, I envy you. I'm still waiting for mine. ;)

Very nice Kevin. As another poster said, I also like the way you lined up the joint rings. I think you have made me very jealous of Inzombiac LOL. Of course, I won't be jealous when I get mine! :D

Inzombiac, please let us know what you think of it when you get it. It looks like you have a nice new toy!

O...M... G...

I think that's a little too much information with you sitting in front of a computer screen!!!
