Nice 9' Brunswick Centennial For Sale

This table is a complete investment.

It is a 9' 1951 Brunswick Centennial table with pro cut pockets. The slate is 1" thick and is in 3 pieces. The wood is rosewood.

It came from Purdue University and was refurbished by Mueller Sporting Goods in Lincoln, NE. It was purchased a few years back, but really doesn't get used much. The wood grain on the break end makes it unique and quite beautiful. It has been restored to it's original condition, although you can see a few areas along the hand rail where a ball has left it's mark.

It comes with a set of balls, a rack, a table cover, and a few cues. I have pictures of all that I can email to you. The felt is decent and very fast, but you will probably need it to be redone after the move because it will not stretch back the same as came off, although the rails will still be alright.

$10,300

If you have any questions please call or email and I will answer them or get the answer for you.

I never thought I would see you part with that beauty Rich!
The rails are rosewood, by the way. Good luck!

Abosultely gorgeous...one of my favorite tables of all time. Good luck with the sale.

Congratulations on owning such a great table!

Both Nick Varner and Paul Gerni were students at Purdue University in the late 1960s. There is no doubt that they would have played on this table. While working at Muellers I was in charge of all antique billiard acquisitions. I actually flew to West Lafayette, Indiana in the late 1990s and made a deal to purchase all of their tables. They had about 24 tables, evenly split between Brunswick Balke Collender Anniversary and Centennial models. This was one of many great finds over the years.

I left Muellers a couple of years ago however my passion for antique billiard items will always be with me!

wow, if there was any possible way i could afford buying that I would, but alas tis not to be.
