Nielsen's Billiards (www.joerackem.com) Another Glowing Review

I may be one of the small dealers that people may think compete against Joe or other large super stores, but, like most of the good listings here, I will add that Joe is the very rare person who I go to when looking for items that I would never carry. Great person and great to deal with.
 
I can also add to a great experience with Nielsens. Placed an order at 3PM est on saturday 4-5. Spoke to tami and she told me the order would be shipped monday (today). I got to work at 8:30 this morning and the package was already here! I live in central Pennsylvania. Excellent customer service and incredibly fast shipping!
 
Yessir, joerackem/nielsens billiards are definitely top notch. They answer all my questions in a timely fashion, and everything I have gotten from them has been shipped fast and packed very well
 
Just ordered two different shafts from them via e-bay over the last month or so. Great communication, they weighed some shafts for me and held the one I wanted, both arrived very quickly. Would definitely buy from them again.

Wow, old thread! But, I bought a bunch of stuff from joerackem through eBay 6-8 years ago. Glad to hear he's still as good to deal with after all of this time! Can't say that for a lot of smaller places.
 
Disgusting

I find joerackem disgusting...Disgustingly great service and disgustingly fast shipping. My first order was back on Oct. 2003. Joe is my "GO TO" billiards supply store.

I wish more supplier were more like Joe. Absolutely disgusting.....in the best possible way. :thumbup:

Yes, he is the greatest. I have him on speed-dial since the late 90's.
And he is good about returns also. I buy all my little pool gift's for stocking stuffers from him.:thumbup:

The last Moori tips I ordered from joerackem on Ebay came to me so fast, that they must of shipped em before I placed the order.
Many years ago they sent me a free White Diamond tip, which I stumbled across the other day.
That White Diamond tip is even older than this thread.
 
Thanks for that. I just had a very enjoyable email conversation with Joe over the weekend. He's a great guy and one of the best, if not the best, in the business. All class.

Still the best !

I bought a predator jump cue from them on Wednesday. 2 days from illinois
to Az. Cue was expertly packaged. 4th cue I have puchased from Nielsen's.
Great service and competitive prices keeps me coming back for more.
I wish i could buy everything from them...
 
When I quit 3Cushion and started playing pool, I was looking for a shop to get some advice and some good service. He gave me some very good advice on what to look for in a pool cue (different than looking for a carom cue, that's for sure).

In the meantime everything I own except my carom cue and cue bag has come from Joe. International shipping is not always easy, but everything's been top-class from Joe.

I'm now looking for a new pool cue, y'all don't have to guess long where i'm gonna buy it :-)

ive bought some shafts, tips, and a schon cue from joe....good prices and very easy to deal with (switched out case included with cue for tips of same value instead, was very easy with it). (My best friend knows him from playing pool quite a while ago, and said he is real decent guy.....which certainly matches up with business dealings i had with him).
