Nitti players cue 4 point cocobola ivory deco rings $800

I have a nice Chris Nitti 4 point cocobola has his famous ivory deco rings 2 shafts 1 played with one I was told had been test hit olny when i bought it . i recently picked up a blue grass richard harris cue cant afford to keep both $800

Specs? What's the diameter of the shafts? What's their weight? What is the joint made of? Is it straight together and apart? What's the weight of the butt? What kind of ferrules? What kind of tips?

both shafts 13mm or close no dial caliper . shafts weight 4.1 and 3.9.
the cue butt weights 15.6. straight together and apart .

Looks like a nice cue. Does it have an Ivory Joint? If either of those shafts test hit only it was a very long test hit.
