No 3C tables, No problem.

Tuff shot on a pool table.

Funny how little margin there was for the passes, compared to a billiard table.

Billiard or Pool table it would not make a difference!

'Billiard cloth' 'would make the CB Slide' a little more of the 1st rail.

'Pool cloth' 'Grabs a little quicker' off the 1st rail.

In the 'background' of the video there is a GC 1 is a 5'x10' Pool table, about 8 years ago I ran (13) on that table.

I have yet to discover a hanger on a 3c table, but I'm pretty good at the accordions, moreso when they involve a short rail too.

I feel like that shot on a 3c table does a lot more wandering from 2nd and toward 3rd ball.

And I have a nice pool table at home. 3c is extra hard on it. Damn holes!

When a 'Short cushion' is used/needed in this type of shot it's called an 'Across the Table Shot'.

It's the 'Cloth' not the table.

If you noticed in the video I was using the CB, 3ball and 1 ball! Not 3C balls, are too large for 'Pool' table cushions.

Think about the difficulty of 'Running 13' points on a Pool table!

I’ve been doing this for years for exactly the reason you mentioned. When I finally get around to playing on a real 5x10 heated table, adjusting only takes about 1/2 hour. A lot of people said that it would be impossible to adjust between types of tables, but using myself as an experiment I showed that it is very easy to do.

This means that a lot of carom skills you can learn in a pool table aren’t in vain, especially carom target accuracy.

On a pool table I moved away from 3C and started playing 1c because there are a lot of 3C shots where the pockets make it too annoying to avoid. But luckily the most common 3C shots you can still practice on a pool table.

'Carom Skills' derive from actually playing, 'Straight rail/1 Cushion/18.2 Balkline on 'Carom' tables!

Because of the 'Diameter' of 'Pool Balls' on 'Pool tables' as to the 'Carom Angles' much different to 3C Balls on a '3C table/cloth/cushions.

The Actual 'Size' (has to be twice as long as it is wide) of any Cue games table isn't an issue when blending, 'Systems with Feel'!
