No break box at the Mosconi

Yes, but the nine ball will be racked on the spot to avoid the wing ball problem. It makes the 1-in-the-side more likely, though
 
I am just glad to see the break box done away with because it was such an annoyance last year, in my opinion other rules can be enforced to make sure the hard break is used without the use of a break box.

They have the "three above the head string" rule again. Last year it was somewhat problematic as several times players had fairly open breaks and made a ball but did not get two other balls above the head string and so had to leave the table. I think "3 above" is standard on the Eurotour.
 
The 3 above rule is a standard on the eurotour and therefore the break box should not be needed, anyway i'm glad they have got rid.
