If they are no longer going to have raffles on this site, I will set up a place on my website to hold them.

Anyone wanting to start a raffle there, be my guest.
I would suggest limiting it to AZ members and they would have to post there AZ name.

I will post the same rules that are in this section.

Thanks
Lee

You cannot edit or erase a post once posted in my Forum.
Only I can do that.
Please use a little common sense befor posting, thanks.

My forum isnt as fancy as this sit but I think it will work just fine.

I will still be holding my monthly "Design your Own Cue" raffle on my site.

Thanks
Lee

Lee, thanks for the great act. I will login to your site and start my raffle as soon as possible.

Hi Lee...Thanks for continuing your raffles on your site. It's in my opinion the best raffle idea on AZ. Very generous of you to let others use it for theirs as well.

If you have one of the common content management systems connected to your website and depending on the one you have you may be able to setup a membership on your website for your forums allowing editing to each members own posts. Then the raffles would be like they are here with you or someone you designate as the section Mod.

Good luck with the raffles. I know I'll continue to enter.

You have to click on "add topic" Then it will say "register or sign in" at the top.

Like I said its different and not as user friendly but it will work.

If you can figure out the ability to edit posts.... I just got a brand new wrapless sw I'd put up to kick things off.

You cant edit the posts.
I looked for that option and its just not there.

EDIT : I just talked to my webhost and its not an option.

The way to do it is just copy/past the old list then repost the new updated list.
Instead of doing it ten times a day maybe just do it twice a day.

I know its going to be different and not the way we are all use to, but I cant see any other way.

If anyone has other options let me know.

Raffle

I said, where theirs a will theirs a way. What I meant to say is where theirs a will theirs a LEE ! I knew we'd find a way to keep these great raffles going. I've done business with Lee personally and he's a great guy, he's also participated in many of my raffles. Look forward to exploring the NEW venue. All my best, Dan
