This is a non catalog adams Jim rempe cue, i used to shoot with it a lot, then sold to a close friend several years ago. I just bought it back recently . It has two original shafts with ivory ferules. and has that timeless classic look i am so fond of. you may have seen it in in another thread, but any way..

That's real nice!! Yours looks to be a modified Rempe jr2. I used to have the Rempe jr4. I'd love to have another one.

Rempe

Sweet cue Jayman. There is a reason why they are classics. Nice pick up. Or re-pick up.

Rempe

Great collection. I have seen the third cue from the right with the "standing" and the "shooting" rempe. Is there a difference or were they interchangeable? Thanks for sharing. Jim

The shooting Rempe was typicaly on the higher end ones and the standing Rempe on the plainer cues, But i have seen a few exceptions to that both ways.

Do you have every model that was available?

I have had all 12 of the catalog cues at one time or another, but never all at the same time.I have had a three non catalog rempe's, two are in the pictures. the rosewood box cue and the one I started the thread obout. I am trying to buy the other one back, and also plan on filling in the rest of them when i can. some of them ended up in a friends collection and are not for sale..........yet.

Jayman.

So having two unknown Rempe cues.. I decided to research them with adams, they were unsure, what the heck they were, and forwarded my inquirie to the factoy in japan. This was their responce :D

Dear Patty-san,

Those 2 cues are our cues but they are not regular models which are not shown on
JR catalogue.. Probably 4-pt spliced cue is design sample cue and square inlaid cue
is maybe the same. However square inlaid cue was not used normal JR stitch rings
on butt, it maybe special order cue.

Best regards,
Seth
