nordic pool cue

Just picked up this nordic pool cue from craigslist for $50, was wondering if anyone is familiar with this brand, think I read somewhere it was made by Adam cues, and it is in pretty good condition, figured it was worth fifty, anybody got any info on it? Thanks

Definitely decals, thought design was pretty cool, will probably give this one to my daughter, she's 12 and getting into pool, definitely not replacing my predators with it:smile: it has a decent hit, was just wondering its origins, I am assuming just another asian import...
 
Nordic was a inexpencive ( cheep ) line imported by Compitition sports . I had the for sale back in the '90s . $50. would be top dollars . Jim

Yeah...people are always so surprised such a cue can even hit a ball. Asian, yes... Adam, no. Decals? Yup.

Haven't seen one of those in a few years. as Jim Baxter said they were a Competition Sports import.

One of my good shooting buddies played with a nordic butt/ob-2 shaft combination for a few years, he loved playing with it, so I'd assume they're a halfway decent production cue.

Not sure about history though, I tried googling them a few months ago and couldn't find much.

But for $50, no big deal if you don't like it, right?
 
Oh well, guess I paid top dollar for a cheap cue, but my daughter absolutely loves it, so its all good. Someday I may pass on my predator LE3 to her, we'll see... Thanks to all for replies and info.
