Actually, that is not a dumb question at all as I myself prefer to shoot in sleeveless shirts and do so almost year-round (where allowed).

If I showed up to play in this tournament, that is exactly how I would be dressed. Shorts w/collared shirt with the sleeves cut off!!!

Bring a bunch of sweet looking Lone Star Billiards Tour collared shirts to the tournament for those who forget.
