Well, this isn't exactly another aiming technique. Rather, it is the geometric principle behinf matching up two spheres so that one always travels at a specific angle. I discovered it while in GTMO in Cuba, there were no real tables there to practice on so I was messing around with different concepts on paper.
I don't want to say developed because I'm sure that someone else has already discovered the same technique and I don't want to appear to be stealing it from someone else.
This is NOT an aiming system. This is an illustration of a geometric principle. It has and can be used to develop an aiming system and there are variations of the principle that may be easier for some shots or for some people.
For example, after you watch the video think about using the tangent line drawn back to where it meets the CB and you will see that the tangent line on the OB if drawn straight back to where it meets the CB will give you the correct contact point on the CB.
It is easier to see that the principle is accurate if you are watching the shadow of my shaft in relation to the ribbons. When I miss, you will see that the line that the shadow follows is slightly off of the ribbons line and when I make the ball, it is directly parallel to the ribbon's line.
