I hate to be a stoolie, but I've just had it with some of these clowns on E-Bay.

This guy is selling a banged up Palmer "L" and a Meucci - and look who happens to be bidding on both cues, the same two new zero feedback members:

I've turned him in - hopefully in a day or two all those screennames, comtekcorp , clopezzgo, and spye911 will be booted off.

Thanks for the heads up Chris. I pretty much thought I smelled 'tuna' when I saw this cue listed. My offer was $1.00 because I saw that he was located in Astoria, NY. Astoria is a neighborhood in Queens, roughly a 25 minute subway ride for me. So I asked him if I could take a look at the cue in person to verify. No response, which wasn't a surprise, hehehe.
 
what makes me laugh is what his one negative feedback was and his explanation was

He has no sales just purchases of KC cues and stuff. Doesn't conect??

You're doing a good thing. Sometimes when I go on eBay I search for a certain cuemaker's name to see what pops up and lo and behold, I catch this guy out in the midwest selling ballcaps and towels with the cuemaker's name and logo on them. I alert the cuemaker to this activity and soon enough, the items have been removed. It's just not right, ya know?

Tate, all of us need to pay attention like you did here and help each other out so we get screwed fewer times (realizing that there is no way to catch them all). Ebay can't do it alone. I have always found it amazing and great that so many scam items are caught by AZB'ers. Think how many get by without being caught. Thanks for helping keep someone from getting scammed.... Joe
 
I just wish the scammers were arrested and their pictures would be shown on T.V. that would probably stop about 90% of people who think they can get away with it.I think right now you just get kicked off E-bay,big deal.you go back under a different account name and do it again.
this should be a federal offense because it is worldwide and these people should be in jail.Buying a cue should be a good experience not one that you have to be worried about getting ripped off.

I saw those items and I thought for sure Barry must have licensed someone to sell the stuff. That's just disgusting that someone would do that. Good job shutting that down.

Yeah well Barry had to call them up a few times and then sicced his lawyer on them to cease and desist. Can you believe that?
