1) What right do you think you have in posting a picture that IS NOT yours?

All the other crap about who was invited and why has no influence in this debate. Also the private conversation is something I can't prove and I was a part of it so you trying to explain it when you weren't is a Joke. Your list of things you can prove are all pointless and meaningless in this conversation. My list of things I CAN prove is easy.
1) I own the picture.
2) You have no rights to *MY* picture.
Now Joe please try to keep things civil and on topic and explain to me (without your extra ego bullshit) how you feel you were in the right on this one.
I never wanted this to go in this direction, but you forced it so now please answer these easy questions and let's talk like men and leave the third grade insults behind.

Joe you danced around the issue and tried to add so much into the debate then needed to be, you never addressed the 2 main questions. How do you believe you have the right to post a picture that IS NOT yours?? It's very simple and you can clear it up right now for those of us who missed your answer. I am sure you'll avoid the question like you have the last 4 times because you have no answer. People with nothing to hide and the truth on their side just end it with an explanation, people with things to hide try to confuse us with other issues and then pull the thread, this one isn't going away, you don't have to answer but your silence is just proof that you have no answer and you were wrong from the start.

First of all I was not looking for credit on the picture and I don't care how many times different people copy it, the point was I had a promise from someone I thought was a friend and credible, You aren't my friend and you never made a promise. If you had we would have a problem. Another thing that seems to be left out all the time is that I never said it was my picture until Joe pointed it out and I never asked him to take it down.It's a great picture and looking at it as well as the others always makes me smile, nice cues are always fun to look at. But when I give someone my word I keep it, because as a man it's all you have. Joe and Mark are not men of their words and all they really care about is cue sales and of course all Joe wants is attention and credibility something he can only get on the net.
