Anybody in the area wanna play some? $100-$200 sets I prefer but I will bet more tho. Champions need to give up some weight but will play $50 sets even for practice. I play at Skyline Billiards in Brooklyn. PM me if you want to make a appt.

buddy this is the age of the internits (ha ha i made a funny)

good luck getting action without giving up your real name (and subsequent google/azbilliard searches)

i live in md, i could make the trip but it wont be me playing :)

This kind of crap kills me. The minute someone drives there and starts asking around, I gotta hear the story unfold.

Junior 718...If you can't find action in your own backyard, you're not looking very hard. Try going around to some of the other poolrooms, like Amsterdam in Manhatten. There are plenty of players who will give you action, and they are not necessarily champions (although there are those available too). If you give your real name, I'll make some calls and find you a game. The rest is up to you!

Actually, I'm pretty certain anyone who goes to Skyline looking for action will find it and I don't think the person who started this thread is "challenging the world". It's more of an invitation from how I took it. I mean, c'mon. Action is fun.

Thank You Jude. I am just looking to stay in action. Not looking to make a huge score. My game struggles when I'm not in action. I'm just looking to play different people and since I own a room I'm not looking to gamble with my regulars here. There is plenty of action here but just not for me. I only play cheap sets with them to keep it friendly and keep them as customers.

Hey Rob,
I'll give you some action... We can set something up at a neutral room like Amsterdam.. I have my own room and don't get to play much either..
Let me know..

Drop by Masters in Queens. There will ALWAYS be action there!

I'm certain Rob Pole knows Masters. I think he was hoping to see if people would come by his room. Skyline is a pure players' room. Brunswicks, Centennials & Simonis all around. All play true and there are a few tight pocket tables, as well.

Rob - if you come by Amsterdam and let a few of the regulars know you're looking for a game, I'm certain you'll find one. No, it's not a big action room but there are a handful of us that have a little gamble. I know when I'm in the room routinely, I can find myself in $50 action pretty much 2 of 3 days though I'm not sure that's what you're looking for.

Rob is a stand up guy. His room is better than Masters or Amsterdam for a player. Tables are top notch, clean and not a loud place.

Hey Ken, I went up there looking for action 2 weeks ago and couldnt get. We can set it up once here and once at your place if you like. Let me know

Maybe Jude. I will let me know ahead of time this way maybe you can set something up ahead of time. I'd hate to make the trip for nothing. Takes me longer to park then to get there. lol Thanks

what are you implying?
Most of these stories end in a pissing contest between two people on here, that will never even meet to play. I just find it funny.
