OB cues shut down?

I just did a search for OB to see if they had any info about making the insert to the Carbon insert coming loose, and the Google showed it as "permanently closed". Pretty sad, they were one of my favorite pool companies.

Yeah, it is not good for us OB customers. I wish they would have let the customers buy ferrules and spare parts before hand.

Just received a Radial OB carbon with the insert. Was loose upon arrival, tightened it up and good to go. I'll loctite it if it happens again.

Sounds great, but isn't a Revo. Still keeping it though!

i have a new custom OB. Probably one of the last made. I just got an extra ob extension for it before the price gouging starts.

How many co's do anything like that? If its a bankruptcy they can't sell off inventory.

Mine ended up getting loose again, and then again soon after, need to make sure that the insert is flush to the shaft facing or it will rattle, even it's it only a tiny bit out. Something like the thread lock in medium strength should also work, loctite glue may be a bit extreme, but should work if one does not care if the insert comes out again hehe.

That's too bad about OB! I just bought an OB cue which was sent with the 12.8 diameter 30" Raven shaft. Unfortunately, the shaft was supposed to be the 12.3 diameter. They said they would swap it out for me once they got the smaller diameter in. The cue is beautiful and feels great.
