OBCues why do you make us wait?

Two years doesn't seem very long for a line of cues. How often are they supposed to come out with a full new line? Doesn't seem like other cue makers are coming out with a new line each year.

Growing pains! Their products are in great demand. Whatever is coming next. Will be worth the wait!

The OB136 has been around for almost 2 years.

The OB Lift, Lift Pro and Rift break cues are pretty new in their line-up.
But really, OB is still catching up after changing their complete line of
shafts to the + models and I think the last thing they need right now is
a whole new line of cues. I guess next year maybe?

I am sure that Royce will see this and start right after his first cup of coffee.

Just for you. Cause yer Special.

Leslie Gore passed yesterday and all you want to do is think about what you want.

Because apparently, your world is nothing but Sunshine and Lollipops.

huh????? what does said passing have to do with pool or the op? is there a connection to OB cues that I'm missing?

When is OB Cues coming out with a new lines of pool cues?!? It's only been two years?!

As Dave from DoubleDaveCues pointed out, we did come out with a new line of shafts in 2014 as well as two new jump cues and two new break cues.

You are also correct Plagueis that the last new playing cue designs that we came out with were in 2013 when we introduced the 7 new Infinity Inlay cues.

With that said, there are probably 5 models out of the 17 playing cues that we currently offer that may end up being discontinued this year and replaced with 5 new designs.

Before you ask, no, we do not have any new designs that we are prepared to show yet and we also do not have pricing information yet or a complete list of which cues may be discontinued. I can tell you however that you will see some new models at some point in 2015 :)

I'd prefer OB continue to focus on improvements such as the OB+ line of shafts and the Lift series of jump and break cues, rather than spend time and money developing "new cues" that are nothing more than inlay/design changes.

To OB: please keep the sneakies and other wrapless cues.

Thank you for answering my question (sort of) and I second the "don't get rid of the wrapless designs" sentiment

Can't wait too see what 2015 brings

How long has Schon had the same basic line of "custom cues"

Pretty sure the STL and SP line has been around for a LONG time

I would personally like to see what I think of as a classic design in the Infinite Inlay series. I'm thinking four points with veneers and some tasteful mop or ivory substitute inlays.

I'd like to see the OB 135 without the thin maple strips in the handle area. To my eye, they're a distraction in an otherwise elegant cue (and would cost less to produce to boot).
