Some sucker bought Kiamco in the blind bid. That guy has not slept in two days either not saying any names but is a complete trick. LOL

Second Calcutta was 5300. 2835 1955 and 1377 pretty sure.

With those kind of pay-out I can't see why the top pros in the U.S don't play in it. Very strange to me. Johnnyt

SVB said shortly after winning there that he would never play in a room that allowed smoking again. Maybe lots of other pros feel that way as well.

And the smoke isnt even that bad in there with all the Smokenators runnin. It doesnt cloud up in there or anything. Maybe too much competition for shane to handle in one weekend again ;) altho I doubt it. If the World Masters wasnt going on maybe he would have changed his mind.

And I was in there from 9am til 4:45am the next morning saturday and back at it sunday mornin at 8 til round noon or so. And I still havent caught up on sleep yet lol

Again Juice it was great to finally meet you buddy!! Met a few more AZer's as well

The top pros don't like these events where they are not catered too, that's why they don't play. No special treatments here. And there's no time schedules, which most of em like. This is more of a gambling festival, not what a lot of the top guys like. There are the exceptions though.

Great tourney, people, and food.

And not all that smokey, I've seen way worse.

Great post Joe, with both calcuttas and 1st place money, thats about the same the us open winner won!

Shane should of went there with a respirator (spell) mask on!

But then again SVB or any body else dont have to win this tournament!

He can go cry at another tournament. He had no reason to cry like other pool players who struggle. He got his air fare paid for both ways, his car rental paid for, his hotel paid for, his entry fee paid for, his half in both calcutta's paid for and split right down the middle and a jelly. How can you complain when you see other players who play in this event who paid out of pocket or had to give up those expenses out of there winnings then try to win the event. It just goes to show he had to find something to cry about. Ask Busty, Chip, Joey, Shane McMinn, Jesse Bowman, or Hillbilly if the smoke bothered them when they won a minimum of 10 k in a weekend bar table tournament.

You to brother.

anyone know how manole finished? or who he lost to?

I am almost positive he finished 13-16 one out the money. If he did not finish that then he finished 9-12.

way to rep DP......

Man DP lost two matches missed one ball against McMinn lost 7-1 and missed no balls to Manny and lost 7-1 you wonder how that happens but in that tournament happens a lot. Good shooting DP just table 9 horse ****** you everytime.
