Hey, did you see that cool picture of Gabe that Rick S. took? It is in another thread, I think. If I can find it, I will post it up here.

Hope all is well with y'all! I met a transcriptionist from Oklahoma whose baby grandson was named Owen. I was wondering if there was any relation! Of course, I had to brag about knowing Gabe Owen, the U.S. Open Champion! :p

I had found some of Rick's pictures. Great photos!
I don't think the Oklahoma lady is any relation...but Gabe still has lots of family there.

This is a great tournament in AZ isn't it? I'm originally from Phoenix, have been away for too many years, but have always missed it. :cool:

I wonder what the weather is like there at the tournament. I was reading on the Main Page about Ralf Souquet playing Marcus Chamat in Fujairah and how the humidity affected their game, bad rolls, getting out of line, et cetera.
