I would like to also thank the Hammer crew for everything they did this weekend. I had the pleasure of meeting John and his wife. Very nice people!!! They did a great job of streaming this event!!
 
John and his wife are super nice. I was a little low on energy so next time I promise to help out more. Hopefully they will be making more trips around the midwest.

It was great to meet them and see some faces of other AZ members. Chino, pool4u, doug patrick (well I see enough of doug around here :p), ibuycues (will), jim buss, mikeyfrost and I know I must be missing someone.

Along with Doug of www.patrickcustomcues.com and Jim Buss, other cue makers present were Andy Gilbert, Durbin custom cues, Schurtz cues, Diveney custom cues, Kenny from Cueball cues (I think that is what he names them?) and the connoisseur of cues, Joe Salazaar.

St Louis will be having a Midwest 9 Ball tournament at the end of August @ The Break in Cahokia. Check out www.9balltour.com for more info.

Definitely a good time...met some of the AZ guys, didn't realize there were even more there than I got to meet. Sorry if i asked anyone to side bet too many times, i just went on a heater and picked 8 matches in a row...great tourney, next time i am making the cash...lost my last match to get into the money. later guys.

Ok after a long weekend of watching some great pool, I made it home. Thanks for everyone's help and hospitality, Peggy, chino, Doug, watchez, turbo joe, lady9ball. We had a great time and hope to be able to do more events in the future.
