Old brown/red linen??

I came across this a while ago, was wondering if anyone has used this before?

Looks to be flat laminated to me old reddish brown phenolic of some type.

Size 5" by 1.380 dia.........Value?

Knows all. PM him. He won't read it. He would say good luck. Cut it and watch every piece change to a different color as it ages. Nothing helps. It will change color as you cut it.
