Old Brunswick House Cues?

I figured I would get a quick answer in this section. I picked up these two old butterfly point house cues. They came in a lot of Brunswick Tru Balance cues. I believe that they are Brunswick cues also, but there are no markings or logos. I was going to put them up for sale soon, and just wanted to make sure they were Brunswicks or not. Also, any help with value would help. Thanks!

It doesn't really matter if they are Brunswick Butterfly cues or not like another poster said they should make go conversion cues and the value isn't effected either way.

By the weight stamps these cues were made during or after the late 1930's but the only thing that I can say is that they were not made before that time, because the weight stamp is between the points and not on the butt above the bumper the way older models were marked.

Value is based upon many things, such as, the diameter approximately six inches above the points for conversions, it is best if they are at least .850 thousands. and that they are also straight from this point down. If they are for a collection they are worth more if they are straight than if they are warped and if they had lables that were in good condition and intact.

I would say they are worth between $20 and $40 each based upon what I have written above.

Since they have no lable when you sell them it is best to list them as Butterfly cues unknown maker, because with out a lable you can nver say for sure who made them.

Hope this helps

Thank you everyone. That helps out a lot.

I was going to do something with them, but they have just been sitting around. Since you guys helped me, I will give you first crack at them, in case someone was interested. I will take $25/piece plus shipping. I can get some specs later, if need be. The lighter cue looks to be pretty straight. The darker one has a roll, mostly in the shaft. Also, the butts are pretty thick.

If they aren't interested, please contact me as I have a customer who wants me to convert a butterfly cue like these. Thanks.
