if it is straight and you like it yes. Get someone local who you have seen or can view his work and price is resonable. Wrap will have to be changed as finish will go an inch over flow into wrap area. Just dont go crazy sending back to a factory and incurring 40 dollars of shipping and higher price

I'm guessing it is a Brunswick Personal model, and from the 70's. It was either made by Schmelke or a company in Japan for Brunswick. Still a good cue, just not a great cue.

I'd put a value of about $150. They just are not as collectible like the Titlists, Willie Hoppe's, Master Strokes, etc. cues of the early to mid 1950's.

So, get it refinished for a $150 and you got yourself a decent cue from the 70's.

Who knows, in another 30 years, it could be worth something !!!

I'll echo this and in my personal opinion I like the way they look despite the lower value on these cues.

Sorry to say I have one of these and the quality is poor. Have it refinished for $150 and you will have a $100 cue at best. They do look great though, from across the room.

I would not refinish the cue. I own one of these, as a conversation piece. That is what they are best for, not really a decent cue to play with. Worth $50 at best. A refinish will cost more than the cue is worth, and more than the cue will be worth even if re-finished.
