Old cue needs ID

I have a customer who is trying to get more info on this cue. He has had it for 40 plus years. It has had a restoration done on it. The leather is not original. He suspects it to be a Herman Rambow. I would be interested in knowing who you guys think made it and what the value might be.

Call and I will ask dimensions. If they were altered the value is 10% of if he left it origional.

my rambo had a smaller rimg at the bottom
i don't know about others,but it is a nice older cue
