IMO the best run handicapped tournaments I ever played in where at The Brass Tap. Hands down no contest Tony has it under control and his loose leaf records book is incredible. I may be wrong but I think that Megan worked for Tony, if that's correct I have to think she has some idea how to run a pool tournament. Handicapped or not. I know I stated earlier that the old boy got screwed but after hearing both sides of the story I may have been wrong.
