Aww nah... I get bored when I drive. LOL Once I was running somewhere for lunch and went to dial my friend Corey in Atlanta, and accidentally hit Corey Deuel's name instead. He said I should never drive.

Damn buttons... I'm usually so good at multi-tasking.

I just got my October issue of Billiards Digest in the mail and although this is "old news" it's still good news. Here's how the article reads:

Stars Tina Pawloski and Susan Williams battled once again at the Arizona Women's Billiards Tour Aug. 13-14 stop in Tempe.

After losing, 5-3, in the hot-seat to Williams, an undaunted Pawloski beat Marney Teague with ease, 5-1, for a finals rematch. The first set see-sawed until Pawloski fired up and won the next three games to win 5-2. In the next, Pawloski capitalized on her foe's scratch to run five balls and make a hard, long bank shot on the 8 ball for a 5-3 win and $250. (end)

She's been on a tear recently and has it all. She can play...she has heart to play for the cash...she's well-spoken...she has charm...and she's hot-hot-hot!

She's also an AZ regular...First one to list her screen name wins a new Maserati paid for by Colin Colenso and Craig and donated from the goodness of their heart. ;) :D

Yes i have met tina at q-masters one night during the open week. She has real style and is very serious about her game. So if you are looking to,well lets say make conversation about how attractive she is,you are wasting your time. I remember when pool was everything, huh, sometimes i miss it. :)

No...I didn't miss it at all. She was just whining as usual and drawing attention to herself.

She might need some big time help in this area to begin with...so I think she deserves the "BOOBY PRIZE".
Yow!! Low blow. Wellll, more like a chest high shot. :p

I just didn't understand why in an article about Kid Delish's upcoming movie about his life as a pool player, they were focusing their attention on his weight  How was that promoting the movie?

Hey Marissa...get the F*#K off of this thread. This isn't a Mawissa thread about you and your bullshit whining letter to the editor, it's about the accomplishments of GirlWon1...Tina. Yet...you'll find a way to comandeer anything and turn it into some attention getting hype for yourself!!

What the hell is the difference between what some people were writing about Basavich and what YOU were writing yesterday about Mike Sigel?? You POS hypocrite. That fact is...Basavich is grossly overweight for a young man and not doing himself any good health wise. Your comments about Sigel/Trudeau were outright malicious and slanderous. Now once more...GET THE F*#K OUT AND STAY OUT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I was replying to someone else, Drivermaker, not you. What the hell are you talking about? lol

I retracted what I said and apologised for it publicly and in individual PMs to those I offended.

Stay out of this thread? I think it's time for someone to take their meds.

You little idiot...your reply to him had absolutely NOTHING to do with what HE wrote. You were back on the bandwagon and pulpit of your own agenda from the BD letter. Scott didn't know or care about your whining bullshit.

Yeh you retracted it...mainly because you were getting blasted from every direction by a lot of knowledgeable posters and you were looking like the true ass that you are.

I don't take meds...but you sure need to. I don't think they even have stuff strong enough or developed yet for your mental problems.

Tina,

Are you playing full time or are you holding down a 9 to 5iver like a lot of other players? It would sure be nice to see another player break into the top five of the WPBA. Go get 'em Girl!!

I am working 7 to 6, five days a week and 2 Saturdays a month. To really get there I would really have to not work. I quit working and went to Ohio and Kentucky in 2001 for just 3 months and with that time off, was playing at least 3 balls better than what I am playing at now, and that is no joke. I really wonder what I could do sometimes with a full year dedicated.

Scary isn't it? Maybe if this IPT really takes off, and the prize money gets up there so that you could make a decent living playing instead of working, you'll be in a better position to decide what's best for you. Right now, I don't see how one could decide to play pool for a living because the money just isn't there. Even if you were making $80,000 a year playing, you have to cover costs and there are no benefits. Good luck!

The way you're playing so well, and not to mention beautiful, it shouldn't be hard for you to get sponsored.

For those of you who haven't seen Tina in person, the first word I blurted out when I met her was "wow"!

We'll have to see what we can do to find you some sponsors Tina,.... I've been boycotting Ballbreakers since you were on there. It's a bad format when the best players don't make it to the finals.

Thanks Marissa. I did hear you say that when I walked away and was truly flattered. I am talking right now to a potential sponsor for 20k for next year on the tour. There is a tremendous amount of pressure on me right now to win the next two Arizona events. If I win those, I win the tour, and would have every spot invited for 2006. The 20k means nothing without the invites. We'll see how it goes.
