What cue? Not even a hint?
From what I can tell - it's not an "original Palmer" .. so it may be an import. See this thread:

That said - Blue Book (which hasn't been updated for a decade) says this:
Level 3
- 2-6 points, 0-8 inlays.
Grading 98% 90% 70%
