Cool cue! I think it's a pre-catalog Palmer. The story has Paradise working for Palmer, but it's actually just backwards, as Palmer (Gene Balner) worked for Paradise.

Neat ol' cue. if you look very closely at the joint do you find a pin going through it from side to side?
