This was my fault and I feel like an idiot now. I was being a typical man and didn't read all the way through Noel's instructions before sending my payment in. I want to apologize to all participants and especially to Noel as my mistake has caused him a big hassle in receiving the payments he was expecting without a problem.
Noel, I'm glad your still going to hold the raffle as advertised and I wish everyone the best of luck.

rossaroni has paid,magix I have not recieved anything from you that I saw,I am now able to look at my paypal account now I guess I was just locked out for the day,but I still have to follow there steps and do a little ass kissing to get this totally resolved but I think it is going to be fine now,,,Noel
