This is an 83 or 84 Scruggs, It needs refinished, Butt and shafts are straight.A hack repair man cut the shafts short and replaced ivory with 3/4 house cue ferrules. I did my best to remedy this with new ageis ferrules and triangle tips. The shafts are however an inch short 57 inch cue overall. Tim tells me $225 for a refinish and rewrap and tha same for a new shaft with Ivory ferrule. I would like to have $400.00 for the cue the way it sits. Tim said to make this cue with 1 shaft would be $1200.00. It hits very good. I have pics and will email them to you if interested. Thanks
